Getting a new strat:

You can simply refresh the page to get a new strat, however if you have customized any settings they will be lost. To get a new customized strat, use the reroll button (↺) located beneath the strat display.

Using the customizer:

• Select agents in the customizer panel to represent your team. Having an agent selected enables extra strats that require that Agent's abilities.
• Selecting a map in the customizer panel enables extra strats that depend on the features of specific maps.
• Selecting a side in the customizer panel enables extra strats specific to Attackers and Defenders. Don't forget to change this setting halfway through the match!

Using the randomizer:

When text appears with a dotted line beneath it, you can click or tap on the text to randomize it further. For example, randomizing This player will choose a player at random from the currently selected agents.

You can also press the Randomize Agents button at the top of the customizer panel to randomly select a full team of agents at the beginning of your match.
